Your information, explained.
This notice describes the account information used through the BullStoX website and account workflows, and how to raise a privacy question.
Published 24 October 2026Information involved
Account workflows may collect your name, date of birth, registered email and mobile number, login credentials, profile details, identity-verification information and documents, payout details, and records of account activity.
Support correspondence, login attempts, device/session records, IP addresses and technical diagnostics may also be recorded when you use the service.
Purposes of processing
Information is used to create and administer accounts, verify contact details and identity, authenticate access, provide enabled account functions, process relevant requests, communicate account events, investigate problems and maintain security.
Records may also be processed to meet applicable verification, recordkeeping, dispute-handling and other legal obligations.
Cookies & local storage
BullStoX uses session cookies for account access and security. Browser storage is also used for interface preferences, reminder frequency and remembering a confirmed web-app installation.
Clearing cookies or browser storage may sign you out and reset these preferences. Blocking essential storage can prevent parts of the account workflow from operating.
Service providers & disclosures
Depending on the enabled workflow, relevant information may be processed by hosting, communication, identity-verification, market-data and payment service providers to support the service you request.
Information may also need to be disclosed to authorised parties in connection with applicable legal requirements, complaints or investigations. External websites linked from BullStoX have their own privacy practices.
Retention & account security
Retention depends on the type of record, account requirements and applicable legal or dispute-related obligations. Closing an account does not necessarily require immediate deletion of every transaction, verification or security record.
Protect your registered email and mobile, do not share verification codes, and sign out on shared devices. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
Privacy requests & questions
To ask about your information or request access, correction, consent withdrawal or deletion where applicable, email support@bullstox.in with the subject “Privacy request”.
Your identity may need to be verified before a request is processed. Some requests may be limited by applicable recordkeeping requirements or may affect the services that can be provided.
This notice may be updated as account workflows or applicable requirements change. Review the version displayed on this page.
